Cancellation of Contract / Refund Policy
(WENS Media | A Brand of Wensbridge International Services Private Limited) believes in assisting its customers to the greatest extent feasible, and so offers a flexible cancellation policy. This policy states:
Only requests for cancellations received within 8 hours of placing an order will be considered. However, if the orders have been conveyed to the vendors/merchants/execution team and they have begun the process of shipping/working on them, the cancellation request will be denied.
Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
No cancellations will be accepted for products/services received by the (Company Name) marketing team for special occasions/events/deals such as month-end offers, discount promotions, Diwali, Halloweens, Christmas, New Year, and so on. Because these are special occasion/event offers/schemes, cancellations are not allowed.
Even if the cancellation is made within 08 hours, money already paid will not be reimbursed. Within 90 days, the money can be applied to a future order. However, If WENS Media (Wensbridge International Services Private Limited) shows inability to deliver the scope of work, Agency may reimburse the money or can be applied to other service offering for adjustment.
WENS Media shall not be held liable for any service deficiencies caused by third parties such as hosting, server, photos, content writing, and so on. Any work WENS Media makes in coordinating/liaisoning with them must be compensated at the company’s usual rate.
If you believe the goods you received is not as described on the website or meets your expectations, you must notify our customer care within 24 hours of receiving it. After investigating your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate conclusion.
Policy on Refunds –
Due to the nature of our business, WENS Media does not give a money back guarantee when you purchase our products/services. If you’re in this situation for any reason, If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of receiving it. After investigating your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate conclusion.
In the case of SEO services, the payment plan is set up so that the customer can make next month payments after analysing the previous work’s performance. Because of the nature of the business, no SEO firm, including WENS Media, can guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenues. You agree that you are pleased with the services provided thus far by making the next payment/paying for a new project.
